ITINERARY
Our desire is not only to provide you with excellent content and training but also give you the opportunity to enjoy one of Mexico’s best kept secrets. With this in mind, we have attempted to provide the perfect mix of business and pleasure.
DAY 1 (11th October)
19:30 – Welcome drinks reception followed by an opportunity to enjoy dinner at your leisure at any one of the Akumal Bay’s remarkable restaurants
DAY 2 (12th October)
10:00 to 12:30 – Seminars and workshops (details to be confirmed in due course)
13:00 – Lunch at your leisure along with the opportunity to have individual meetings with the Green Motion International Management team (from 13:00 – 15:00)
14:00 – Optional tours and excursions including diving and sailing by arrangement or alternatively utilise the spa facilities
Evening – You will be able to enjoy the facilities and restaurants of the hotel at your leisure
DAY 3 (13th October)
10:00 to 12:30 – Seminars and workshops (details to be confirmed in due course)
13:00 – Lunch at your leisure along with the opportunity to have individual meetings with the Green Motion International Management team (from 13:00 – 15:00)
14:00 – Optional tours and excursions including diving and sailing by arrangement or alternatively utilise the spa facilities
17:30 to midnight – Drinks reception followed by the business presentation, gala dinner and awards presentation followed by evening entertainment
DAY 4 (14th October)
Depart at your leisure, further opportunity to have individual meetings with the Green Motion International Management team
NOTES: All accommodation, food and beverages along with tours and activities (excluding the spa, diving and sailing) will be covered courtesy of Green Motion International. Prices will be made available in due course at a discounted rate for treatments and sessions within the spa, diving and sailing.
ADDITIONAL DAYS
As a result of many requests, we have arranged with Akumal Bay for discounted additional days to be provided both pre and post conference. Based on a double occupancy (two people sharing), additional nights can be purchased at the rate of $120 USD per person per night (this is roughly £82 GBP / €112 EURO per person per night). This rate is on an all inclusive basis including accommodation, all food and beverages.
There is also a rate for single occupancy which is $220 USD per night (which is roughly £164 GBP / €224 EURO per night). Once again this rate is on an all inclusive basis including accommodation, all food and all beverages.
Spouses / partners along with your children are more than welcome to join us. Any children under the age of 6 are free of charge while children from the ages of 6 to 12 who are sharing a room will be charged 50% of the double occupancy rate ($60 USD per night which is roughly £41 GBP or €56 EURO per night). Children aged 13 and over will be charged a flat rate of $100 USD per night (which is roughly £68 GBP or €93 EURO per night).
The hotel provides a kids club which will be available free of charge for those parents who wish their children to attend. Baby / childcare services will also be available, the cost of which will be advised in due course.
THINGS TO DO
As you will have seen from the itinerary included within your stay will be the option to visit several places of interest within an easy reach of the Akumal Bay Resort. These will include the Mayan Ruins at Tulum and Cenote at Santa Cruz.
In addition, you can enjoy snorkelling, paddle boarding, tennis, yoga, and use of the fitness centre free of charge.
Available at an additional cost and by pre arrangement are the following: spa treatments, diving (including an introductory course), sailing and golf.

TRAVEL AND TRANSFER
As previously mentioned, the cost of your stay during the conference (from the 11th – 14th of October) including spouses / partners and children will be covered courtesy of Green Motion International.
We ask you to cover the cost of your flights and any additional days that you would like to stay both pre and post the conference itself. We would be more than happy for you to arrange flights yourselves however if you so choose, we have engaged the services of an independent travel agent by the name of Michelle Mckay of the Travel Counsellors who would be delighted to assist. Green Motion International uses Michelle’s services for the majority of our flight and accommodation requirements and we highly recommend her services. CONFIRMATION INFORMATION
We have provisionally secured enough rooms to cover all of those franchisees who attended the 2015 conference along with some additional rooms for hopefully some new franchises who will join us during the course of the year. We have agreed with the hotel to give them a final confirmation by the 1st of April 2016 to allow them to sell rooms which are not required. With this in mind, we would respectfully request that you confirm your attendance along with any spouses / partners and / or children prior to the 1st of April. Please note that once a room is booked, Green Motion will be charged for the room and as such in the event that a room is cancelled after us receiving confirmation post the 1st of April, any fees applied will be recharged to the franchise for non-attendance.
FLIGHT INFORMATION
We recommend that you book your flights as soon as possible in order to get the best prices. So far we have managed to find direct flights from the United Kingdom and other top European destinations for as little as £450 GBP (roughly $657 USD / €610 EUROS). Once you’ve secured your flight, if you can please advise Jonelle (jonellebradley@greenmotion.com) of your flight numbers and arrival / departure times for us to arrange for your transfers to and from the hotel.
CAR HIRE
For those who want to explore Akumal, Cancun and the surrounding area, car hire can be arranged at highly discounted rates from Green Motion Cancun. If you would like to investigate the car hire option, please advise and we will provide the relevant costings based on your period of stay.
