General Information and Event Schedule
This website will have all the information you need in our Download Centre. Here you will find links to the event guide, routes, site plans and team listings specific to each venue in Januaty 2019 ( further down this page ).
The event site and camping opens 10.00am Friday. There is a free kids race at 7.30pm and the Mizuno Party at 8.00pm on Friday evening.
Registration opens at Friday, 11.00am – 7.00pm & Saturday 7.00am – 11.00am. Catering opens 11.00am Friday until late and 7.00am Saturday until 2.00pm Sunday. Showers open 6.00pm Friday until 2.00pm Sunday (limited). Endure24 starts at 12.00pm Saturday until 12.00pm Sunday – laps started before 12.00pm can be completed.
General parking for campers is in dedicated parking areas close to the camping areas. Please remove your vehicle as soon as you have dropped off your camping kit. The main parking area will allow access/egress throughout the race for people arriving late, or spectators coming and going.
Camper Van parking is in dedicated camping areas. This allows teams and camper vans to park and camp together. Solo and Pairs can park one vehicle in the solo/pairs area. It must not be moved until the race concludes.
Please note – Last year a very small minority of people did not move their vehicles. We have now employed a tow truck to remove these vehicles to a farm yard around a mile away.
Camping opens at 10.00am on Friday morning and closes on Monday at 10.00am. Please note only portable toilets will be available after 4.00pm on Sunday. Camper vans wishing to mix with team camping have specific areas allocated to them, please see the event site plans in the download centre below.
When you arrive, if you wish to hold space for team members arriving later then please place their tent in position on the ground ready for erection. Please do not take space for recreation areas. Solo and Pairs can have one vehicle with them in the dedicated solo and pairs area by the start/finish.
Team listings – These lists were produced using data from the 13th March , so changes since then will not show. Please check and update your team as soon as possible. If you add more members to an existing team please check the team name carefully there are lots of examples of incorrectly entered team names where we have had to take a guess. These lists do not auto update so any new additions or changes will not show until we update again. Any errors can be corrected just login and edit the team, e-mail us for a new password if it’s lost. You can also e-mail us if something does not look right with your team. There is plenty of time to correct problems, we don’t close the database until the 10th of May. At that point everything is locked and no more changes can be made. PLEASE ONLY CONTACT US IF YOU ARE THE TEAM CAPTAIN
